Siomay Ayam

hehe.. gpp dunk masa kue terus :p

Siomay Ayam

Kulit:
kulit pangsit, bentuk bulat, diameter 7 cm

Isi:
200 gram daging ayam, cincang (gw pake 250gr)

150 gram udang, kupas, potong kecil bentuk dadu (gw cuma pake 50gr)
1/2 batang daun bawang, cincang
3 sdm bengkuang, cincang
1 butir telur
2 sdm tepung maizena

1 sdm sagu

1 sdm tepung terigu
1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 sendok teh gula pasir
1 1/2 sendok teh garam
1 sdt minyak wijen
1 sdm air
1 sdm minyak

Directions:
Isi: campur semua bahan, aduk sampai rata

Ambil selembar kulit pangsit, letakkan 2 sendok teh adonan isi di bagian
tengahnya, genggam dengan tangan, ratakan permukaannya, lalu ulangi
hingga bahan habis. Panaskan air dalam panci kukus hingga mendidih, lalu masukkan siomai, kukus hingga matang (selama 20 menit), angkat.
